Can I create my own employment assessments from scratch?
Creating customized recruitment assessments with Canditech is a breeze – you can either select a test from our comprehensive assessment library or create a new one from scratch by clicking on the “Create New Assessment” button in the top right corner of your account. We also have an internal expert team to help you build custom candidate evaluation that match your hiring needs perfectly.
Are Canditech’s employment assessments reliable?
Yes, Canditech’s recruitment assessments are highly valid and reliable. Industry experts create our tests and rigorously test them before publication. You can be assured that our pre-employment assessments are accurate work-sample tests that reflect up-to-date industry standards.
Are the tests available in languages other than English?
You can create an employment assessment in any language or translate any existing tests in our library into any language. Currently, assessments in the library are only available in English; however, we will add more language options soon.
What kind of support does Canditech offer?
Our team is always here to help! All company users are able to utilize our support email address. Starting from the Pro package, your company will be assigned a dedicated account manager to assist in the onboarding process and to provide ongoing support. Additionally, starting from the Team package, Canditech offers technical support for candidates.
